Quiet Circuit: Idle Network

Privacy Policy

Effective and last updated: September 22, 2026

Quiet Circuit: Idle Network (the “Game”) is provided by RUSHERS Adr (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains what information is stored or processed when you use the Game, why it is used, when it may be shared with service providers, and the choices available to you.

If you have questions or want to exercise a privacy right, contact us at rushersadr@gmail.com.

1. Summary

2. Information stored on your device

The Game stores information needed to operate and preserve your progress, including:

This information is stored locally using Android storage technologies. Android may include the Game’s local database and settings in a device backup or device-to-device transfer when those services are enabled. Android and Google control the operation and retention of those backups.

Clearing the Game’s storage or uninstalling it normally removes local data from the device, but data contained in an Android backup may later be restored. Data stored through Google Play Games or other Google services is not necessarily deleted when the Game is uninstalled.

3. Firebase Analytics

The Game uses Google Analytics for Firebase to help us understand how the Game is used and improve balancing, stability, and features.

Analytics events may include actions such as:

Depending on your device, settings, region, and Google’s implementation, Firebase may also process information such as an app-instance identifier, device and operating-system information, approximate location derived from an IP address, app interactions, and diagnostic information. The Game does not send your name, email address, cloud-save contents, payment-card details, or Google password to Firebase Analytics as custom analytics events.

We use this information to measure feature usage, identify technical or balancing problems, and improve the Game. Google processes this information on our behalf under its applicable terms and privacy documentation.

4. Advertising

The Game uses Google AdMob to provide rewarded advertisements. Watching a rewarded advertisement is optional. If you choose to watch one, you may receive the reward described in the Game.

The Google Mobile Ads SDK may initialize when the Game starts, even if you do not choose to watch a rewarded advertisement. Depending on your device, region, consent choices, and advertising settings, Google and its advertising partners may process:

Google may use this information to provide, limit, personalize, measure, and protect advertising, subject to applicable law and your consent or device settings. Where consent is legally required, advertising-related processing that depends on consent should occur only after the required choice has been obtained.

You can manage advertising privacy controls through your Android or Google account settings. Resetting or deleting your advertising identifier may limit how it is used, but it does not remove information already retained by a service provider where retention is otherwise permitted.

5. Optional Google Play Games features

You may optionally connect the Game to Google Play Games. If you do, Google may process your Google Play Games player identity and related account information. The Game may then use Google Play Games to:

Cloud saves can contain gameplay progress, node and Protocol levels, achievement and discovery history, gameplay statistics, and timestamps. Purchased Mega Charges, active paid-boost time, and processed purchase tokens are intentionally kept on the device and are not included in the Google Play Games cloud-save payload.

Google controls the Google Play Games account, player profile, leaderboard, achievements, Game Stats, and cloud infrastructure. You can manage or delete Play Games data through your Google account and Google Play Games privacy settings. Disabling cloud sync in the Game stops new sync requests from the Game but does not automatically delete information already stored by Google.

6. Purchases

Optional in-app purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. Google handles payment information and the transaction. We do not receive your full credit- or debit-card number.

The Game receives limited purchase information required to provide the purchased item, such as the product identifier, purchase status, quantity, and a purchase token. Purchase tokens may be stored locally to deliver a purchase once and prevent duplicate delivery. Google retains transaction records according to its own terms, legal obligations, and privacy policy.

7. Notifications

If you grant notification permission, the Game can schedule local notifications for offline-progress limits and optional daily reminders. Notification preferences and scheduling information are stored on your device. The Game does not use these notifications to collect message contents, contacts, or precise location.

You can disable notifications at any time in the Game’s settings or in Android system settings.

8. Information you provide directly

The Game does not require you to provide a name, email address, or separate account. If you contact us for support or a privacy request, we will receive the information you choose to include, such as your email address, message, and any attachments. We use it to respond to your request, provide support, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

Please do not send passwords, full payment-card details, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

9. Why information is processed

Information is processed:

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, processing may be based on performing the service you request, your consent, our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Game, and compliance with legal obligations. When processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing already performed.

10. When information is shared

We may share or allow information to be processed only as needed for the purposes described in this Policy:

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, protect users, maintain the security of the Game, or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

We do not sell personal information for money. Some advertising activity may be considered “sharing,” “targeted advertising,” or a “sale” under certain privacy laws even when no money is exchanged. Where those laws apply, you may have the right to opt out through available consent, app, device, or Google advertising controls, or by contacting us.

11. Data retention

Retention depends on where the information is stored and why it is needed:

Aggregated or de-identified information that can no longer reasonably identify you may be retained for analysis and service improvement.

12. Your choices and privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, or a copy of personal information relating to you. You may also have the right to object to certain processing, withdraw consent, opt out of targeted advertising or certain disclosures, and complain to a data-protection authority.

To make a request concerning information under our control, email rushersadr@gmail.com. Describe your request and the country or region in which you live. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

Much of the information used by the Game is stored only on your device or directly by Google. We may not be able to access or identify that information ourselves. For information held by Google, you may also need to use your Google account, Google Play Games, Android, advertising, or privacy controls, or contact Google directly.

You can also:

13. International transfers

Google and other service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Those countries may have different data-protection laws. Where required, transfers are made using recognized safeguards such as adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses, or another lawful transfer mechanism. Further information about Google’s practices is available in Google’s privacy documentation.

14. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. However, no device, network, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You are responsible for protecting access to your device and Google account. If you believe information connected with the Game has been compromised, contact us at rushersadr@gmail.com.

15. Children’s privacy

The Game is not designed to knowingly collect personal information directly from children who cannot legally consent to such processing in their jurisdiction. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal information through the Game or to us, contact rushersadr@gmail.com. We will review the request and take appropriate action as required by law.

Google services used by the Game may apply age-based restrictions, consent requirements, and account controls under Google’s own policies.

16. Third-party privacy information

The following resources explain how Google handles information across the services used by the Game:

These third-party policies are controlled by their respective providers and may change independently of this Policy.

17. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the Game, its service providers, or legal requirements change. We will publish the revised Policy with a new “Last updated” date. If a change materially affects your rights or how personal information is used, we will provide additional notice or request consent where required by law.
